Anthropologists find themselves all over the world. In the term anthropologists I include social and cultural anthropologists, applied anthropologists, biological anthropologists, linguistic anthropologists, and archaeologists. They spend days, weeks, months doing fieldwork and as a result eat in restaurants in the major and minor cities of various countries and in the rural areas. They collect a great deal of gastronomic knowledge. The purpose of this blog is recommend restaurants for your anthropological colleagues and the general public. In order, to keep some semblance of order would you please label your recommendations by name of restaurant, city (or area), province or state, and country.
